1. How do I open an account?
You can apply for an account online using the account application right now, or we can email you the Client Application Form to fill in at your leisure. In either case, you must send us the original signed form through the mail (along with the additional documentation requested on form).
We will then validate your application and contact you when your account is open. This normally takes two working days from when we receive your application. To speed the up the process, you can also send us a copy of your application via fax. We will then process your application while waiting for your original signed copies to arrive by mail.
We will notify you by email as soon as your account is open.
2. How do I find out about the status of my account application?
Once all account application materials have been received at IB, the application will be reviewed and a decision will be made to either accept or decline the account. An e-mail will be sent to the applicant informing them of the decision, the login and password (should the application be accepted).
In addition, you may call the branch closest to you to find information about your application.
3. What is the minimum account size?
A minimum sum of USD 5000 is required to open an online trading account.
4. How do I fund my account?
We receive fund payments through wire transfer to the following bank account number:

5. Can I fund an account in a different currency than the base currency?
Unfortunately, we only accept fund in the form of USD or IDR.
6. Can I transfer money between different accounts?
If the accounts belong to you (under the same name), yes, you may switch money between accounts. Please do notify us about the switch when you deposit fund to us.
7. Is my account insured?
Yes, your fund is depositted to a segregated account meaning that your fund is separated from our operational bank account.
8. What are you trading costs and spreads?
By default, trading cost of USD 50 is applied for every 1 lot settled. Three-pip spread applies for most FX accounts and five-pip spread applies for most Index accounts.
9. What security do I have, investing through Millennium?
PT. Millennium Penata Futures is officially registered at Jakarta Futures Exchange and Indonesian Derivatives Clearing House. Both of the named parties regularly conduct audits on all Indonesian registered brokerage company, including PT. Millennium Penata Futures.
10. How long does it take for my fund transfer to be added to my trading account?
Deposits normally take between 5-10 minutes after we have confirmed that they money is received by our end. However, we cannot control how long does it take for your bank to transfer the fund to our bank account.
11. How do I withdraw fund from my trading account to my bank account?
Kindly notify your opening branch to withdraw portion or all fund from your trading account to your bank account. Do notice that withdrawal request can only be done during business days from 08.00 to 11.00 WIB.
Withdrawal request can only be done by the same person ( no proxies are allowed), and the fund can only be transferred to the bank account beneficiary matching the trading account name.
12. How dangerous is trading in FX and Indices?
Trading in FX and Indices is safe as long as you know what you are doing. Please be aware that trading in FX and Indices have substancial risks involved, you may lost more than your initial deposit under certain circumstances. Therefore, we advise you to put as much time as possible trading in our demo accounts. Our demo accounts should provide you with a real-life simulation of online trading, it's risks, and any profits/loss involved.
We also strongly suggest that you put extreme caution and suspicion for any party offering you fixed profit/income. There is no guarantee whatsoever that trading in FX and Indices generates fixed profit/income.
13. Do you have managed fund accounts?
No, we do not have managed fund accounts.

15. How do I trade Millennium's Product?
All of our tradings are done through the uses of custom internet-based application named Millennium Trader 4. In the events that you are unable to connect to the internet but wishes to trade, you may call dealing centre to DQ by phone. Certain conditions and charges may apply for DQ by phone.
16. How secure is trading through Millennium Trader?
Data exchange between the Client Terminal and the server is performed by encryption based on 128-bit keys. This is sufficient to ensure security of trading. However, besides this system, terminal allows to use one more system: Advanced Security system based on digital signature algorithm of RSA. It is an asymmetric encryption algorithm that implies presence of a public and a private key.
Public key can be freely distributed and used for checking the authenticity of a message signed with a private key. Knowing the public key is guaranteed not to be possible basis for decoding of the private one within an acceptable period of time. Decoding of the private key on the basis of the public one will take dozens of years even with modern powerful computers.
